As Head of Filter Sales, you will:

  • Contribute to Business Line (BL) success as a member of the BL Management Team
  • Be responsible for achieving Filters BL Order Intake and sales margin targets
  • Lead, coach and develop BL Sales team
  • Be responsible for the development and implementation of the BL global sales strategy incl. sales resourcing
  • Be responsible for Sales case strategy and value proposition creation with Sales case team
  • Ensure the BL end-to-end sales by supporting the Market areas (MA)
  • Drive customer centricity in all BL activities
  • Manage customer relationships together with relevant sales channels (i.e. Account Directors)
  • Be responsible for sales campaign execution in BL
  • Create and nurture a sales culture and winning spirit
  • Contribute to product portfolio improvement and/or in developing new products and/or services
  • Nominate Filters Solution Lead
  • Act as a Solution Lead for selected cases
  • Manage BL sales funnel and pipeline with BU and MAs
  • Select and prioritize sales cases together with BL and Mas
  • Order Intake forecasting for the BL
  • Ensure compliance with global sales process (incl. CRM usage)
  • Co-operate with BL Proposal Management to ensure on-time and high-quality proposals
  • Be responsible for marketing activities planning & coordination in BL
  • Understand and gather the market intelligence and customer needs
