We are looking for a

Technical Product Manager

to support our growth strategy in Finland by promoting and finding new customers for our products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global market leader with excellent opportunities to evolve within a global organization. Our customer base is mainly OEM’s in many different industry segments for example automotive, aerospace, marine, energy, chemical, construction and offshore. Your location can be in any of Bufab’s offices in Vantaa, Tampere or Seinäjoki.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Grow our sales and revenues in Finland
  • Engage with designers in technical discussions and ensure that our products are specified
  • Support Bumax when needed in Europe at customer events, conferences etc.
  • Be the link between the mill and the customer
  • Generating sales leads
  • Make outbound sales calls and customer visits
  • Complete and update sales pipeline reports & database

Qualifications / Experience:

Prior experience within the industry is not essential as technical product knowledge and training will be given. However, an engineering degree (preferably material, metallurgy, mechanical, chemical) combined with commercial skills are preferred. Computer skills preferably in MS Office, CRM (Super office) and Jeeves or similar. A proven track record of successful business development and/or sales success.

We hope you to have a hunting rather than farming attitude and you enjoy interactions with new people. You have good presentation and communication skills. Excellent Finnish and good English in oral and written is a must. You have experience in technical sales to demanding engineers by using technical arguments.
