We are looking for a commercially focused Finance Manager who is great at building relationships to play a key role in driving the current and future performance of our amazing attraction and utilising your financial business partnering skills. About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral member of the Management Team providing commercially focused financial insight to help drive busines success. You will make sure that all the necessary daily and periodic reporting, accounting and financial controls are being delivered, but beyond that, your focus will be to provide financial expertise into key business drivers to help deliver and develop the strategic objectives and annual budget for Sea Life Helsinki.

As well as P&L support you will be focusing on pricing, yield, margins, operating costs and ultimately profitability, and supporting the business through tactical plans to support the financial objectives of the attraction.

You form a key part of the leadership team for the attraction together with guest experience, animal care, retail and marketing at the attraction. Being part of a global organisation also brings the benefits of central finance supporting functions whilst having the autonomy to drive your own local business. The position is on a 15-month fixed-term basis, which may be continued as permanent.
