Responsibilities

You are responsible for the account management and stakeholder engagement in your territory. The main localities in your area are Joensuu, Oulu, Kuopio and Jyväskylä. You lead and develop long-term customer relationships to grow Takeda’s business within compliance and legal requirements. By identifying customer needs you can provide solutions that add value to patients, generate trust and build Takeda’s reputation. You manage and execute the account plan efficiently and in a systematic manner utilizing data-driven insights and digital. Cross-Functional Team collaboration ensures alignment in objectives and activities. You will report to the Business Unit Director.

Required Qualifications

In addition to relevant education (commercial, health care, science) and account management experience we expect you to have experience in managing customer relationships in psychiatry. You demonstrate a high level of strategic and analytical thinking and as an entrepreneurial person, you can convert market and therapy knowledge into business success. You have fluent oral and written Finnish and good oral and written English. You take responsibility, initiative, show commitment to your work, and act as an ambassador for Takeda brand, its vision and values.
