We are now looking for a 


to join our finance team in Ruoholahti, Helsinki.

The work covers a wide range of controlling, budgeting, analyzing & reporting tasks. You work closely with all parts of the Finnish organization, challenge the KAMs and follow-up actual performance against set targets. You analyse the numbers proactively and provide financial scenarios, cost-benefit ratio and cause-and-effect analysis to support strategic work and decision making. You aim to high forecasting accuracy of business plans, revised estimates and long-term forecasts.

We expect you to have a MSc degree in economics or other relevant professional qualification. You have minimum of 5 years of experience in a controlling role, preferably in consumer goods. You have a profound understanding of promotional mechanics and the related financial impact. You are experienced in analysis tools as SAP, BI and Hyperion and your knowledge in MS Excel is excellent.

As a person you are highly analytical, structured and well organized. You have an ability to quickly identify and analyze risks and impacts. You are also able to propose alternative activities. You are service-minded and your communication and presentation skills are excellent. You communicate precisely and effectively with internal stakeholders up to GM level, both fluently in Finnish and English. You are self-motivated, self-directed and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
