We are expanding our oncology team and seeking an innovative and customer-driven

Customer & Brand Manager

to join our Oncology team.

You will be responsible for building relationships to key customers and clinics in the oncology field and developing the business with our lymphoma product. To succeed in this position you have to understand the key customers’ needs and regular and weekly meetings with clients is a part of your role. You will formulate comprehensive and insightful key account plans to build, manage and improve trustful relationships with these key stakeholders. You will do market, customer and business analyses and prepare comprehensive local marketing plans that reflect the global brand strategy. Follow-up and monitoring of activities of the tactical plan on national and regional level is a part of the job. In this position you will work in close collaboration with our cross-functional brand team and project management skills are needed. The jobholder will report to the Business Unit Director.

We expect you to have a minimum of Bachelor level degree, some years’ of experience in pharmaceutical industry in commercial, sales or marketing function in a customer facing role. You have a strong experience in the oncology field and have good network within decision makers. You are able to analyze, plan, prioritize, organize and execute things efficiently. You are a result-oriented person who has excellent networking skills and ability to understand customers’ views. To succeed in this position you have to have a solution-driven approach and good ability to adapt and respond to change. You have fluent oral and written Finnish and good oral and written English skills.
