As part of our continued commitment to our customers, we a looking for to recruit a Sales Manager responsible for the sales and business development in the Nordic countries and Baltic states.


You will be a leader of four territory managers, who will directly report to you. You are responsible for sales forecast and results and cost budgeting and expanses. You will establish a marketing plan for tradeshows, workshops, adverts and dealer sales activities. it is very important to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts customer and increase the market share.

You will build up and maintain key opinion leader network and university contacts. You also analyse the market situation and competitor landscape and identify new opportunities for growth and ensure that business objectives and strategies are achieved. You are used to CRM reporting system, working to targets, deadlines and delivering sales growth.

We expect from you

  • Key Account network in the dental market in Scandinavia
  • Experience as a team leader
  • Business-fluent English
  • Willing to travel
