I have always been fascinated by what stirs us at work. Before stepping onto my current educational path, I became acquainted with the diversity of viewpoints and world views by studying literary science and Russian, for instance. Alongside my studies, I worked for long in a number of working communities in the service sector. This became the source of my customer- and service-oriented style of doing things. I wish to build a positive employer image for my client by emphasising an applicant-friendly and preparatory approach to work in situations involving recruitment and aptitude assessment. I think understanding the customer’s cultural and business operational starting points is the key to both successful personnel appointments and personnel development.
My strongest substance competence is related to carrying out various types of recruitment processes and aptitude assessments, as well as individual and working community coaching. In addition to these, I have worked a great deal with outplacement and career guidance, as well as occupational rehabilitation. I have psychological aptitude assessment certification and I work fluently in Finnish and English, but also in Russian. In my work, I wish to engage in continuous development; learning something new is my way of life. Most recently in the spring of 2019, I graduated as a psychologist specialised in industrial and organisational psychology.
In my free time, I immerse myself in fiction and music, as well as mind-expanding conversations with my friends. I also refresh myself through my long-standing pursuit of dance and by engaging in physical exercise in various ways.
