Our new business unit has a vacancy for a
TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER
Your primary role is to set up a service organization for our new medical device to assure high level of customer satisfaction in an international environment. You become the best technical expert for this medical device, create maintenance service programs and support our local partners in establishing proficient service solutions. You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of all material related to technical service including service manual and training material provided to local partners and end-customers. During pilot phases, you conduct service activities at the customers’ site and train local personnel. You have a key role with device quality and serviceability, upgrades and collaboration with product development, production and supply chain. You report to the Business Unit Manager.
You have at least 5 years work experience with responsibility in service of technical equipment. You have demonstrated capability to solve technical issues on the field in an international environment. The best candidates have established or managed service organization in the healthcare industry. You have an engineering degree in mechanical, electronics or biomedical technology. You have shown good communication skills and ability to adapt to challenging customer environment. You are fluent in Finnish and English while another major language would be an asset.
Your location is preferably in Espoo (or possibly at our manufacturing sites) and your role requires travelling abroad and in Finland.
