What are the practical benefits of psy­cho­log­i­cal assessment?

Psychological assessment evaluates a candidate’s suitability for a specific role and the criteria for succeeding in it.

It provides an external and objective view of your candidates’ strengths and development areas.

After the selection is made, the insights can also be used to support onboarding, leadership, and individual development.

Assessment can also support team building by strengthening diversity, complementarity, and the team’s overall ability to collaborate effectively.

A psychological assessment reveals, among other things, the candidate’s:

How does the assessment process progress at HRS Advisors?

HRS Advisors’ multi‑method psychological assessment is always conducted by a psychologist.

A typical turnaround time from the start of the process to the joint review of results is 3–5 working days depending on the candidate’s schedule.

Receiving the assignment

Discussion with the hiring manager about the role and success criteria. Selection of methods for the multi‑method assessment

Contacting the candidate and sending pre‑tasks

Interview in person or remotely, including a coaching‑oriented review of pre‑task results with the candidate

Written summary compiled by the psychologist and verbal feedback to the employer

6.

Report sent to the candidate and optional verbal feedback if the candidate wishes

Collecting feedback to support our continuous development
