This service allows for faster or more targeted recruitment. Executive search is also an effective way to reach qualified candidates who are not actively job hunting. HOW EXECUTIVE SEARCH WORKS
At the beginning of the executive search process, a job description is created for the assignment, outlining the responsibilities and the qualifications of the sought-after candidate. HRS identifies candidates, contacts them personally, and assesses their qualifications and interest in the position.
Candidates meeting the criteria are presented to the client, who interviews them and makes the final selection. Executive search includes psychological assessments of top candidates.
After the selected candidate starts their new role, we provide support with coaching sessions for the first six months.
COMBINATION SEARCH
Combination search is a public advertisement-based search supplemented by direct contact. HRS manages the job posting, identifies candidates who meet the criteria, and contacts them directly.
The goal of combination search is to maximize the number of qualified candidates by reaching both active job seekers and those not actively looking for work.
HOW COMBINATION SEARCH WORKS
The combination search process starts with creating a job advertisement for public posting. Simultaneously, a job description is prepared, outlining the responsibilities and qualifications of the desired candidate, with an eye on direct contact.
HRS interviews the best applicants, ensuring high-quality applicant communication and experience. Concurrently with the public search, we initiate the identification and direct contact with potential candidates. The aim of this contact is to initiate a conversation to assess the candidate’s qualifications and interest in the position.
Candidates meeting the criteria and those interested through direct contact are presented to the client for interviews. Psychological assessments of top candidates can be included in combination search.
