I came to work at HRS Advisors in 2018 and here my personal interest in industrial and organisational psychology, economics, and business life combine into a seamless ensemble. I am a trained psychologist and some of the things I previously worked with include coaching, assessment, and clinical psychology. Thus, the people meeting and the customer experience naturally rise to a place of central importance, which in turn supports business performance and value added.
My job description covers particularly the various executive search and recruitment processes in a diversity of sectors: for example, law, financial administration, and IT, to name just a few. Delving into many types of business operations suits my curious nature. In addition to this, my core competence includes psychological aptitude assessments and coaching processes, such as outplacement. Quality and accuracy are important to me in my work, but in addition to these, trust and good cooperation are a major source of significance. I provide service to our customers in fluent Finnish, Swedish or English as needed.
The best thing about HRS is the people. When a good atmosphere and pleasant colleagues combine with strongly accomplished professional skill, it is nice to come to work. In my free time, the things that are important to me include various forms of sports: for instance, wall climbing in recent years. I am also a keen culture buff and coffee house enthusiast and might relax, for example, with books or films.
