Outi Kärkkäinen

Working with occupational psychology has fascinated me ever since my student days. For over ten year now, I have worked very extensively in this field, with organisations representing a variety of sectors. My experience shows in my flexible, simple, and genuinely customer-oriented approach to work. I have strong competence particularly in recruitment and psychological aptitude assessment, as well as outplacement and team coaching. My objective is to support my customers in all the life cycle stages of the organisation from recruitment to personnel and managerial work development, support for occupational well-being, and implementing the state of change.

In addition to being a trained psychologist with aptitude assessment certification, I have completed extensive leadership and managerial advisor/coach training lasting two and a half years. Developing confidential, long-term customer relationships and having an approach of uncompromising quality to work are essential aspects of my values and those of HRS alike.

For me, the best way of getting away from the daily routine is by busying myself at the horse stables. I have practised horseback riding since I was seven years old. In addition, I enjoy being on a jogging path or a ski track, as well as relaxing with my family and friends. I have always been interested in different cultures and I enjoy travelling. I develop my cultural knowledge in a tangible way as well by studying Arabic and following social discussions both domestically and internationally.
