Sustainability at HRS Advisors

We provide expert services in recruitment and people development with the aim of offering insight and guidance that support our clients’ decision‑making. Because our business is people‑focused and grounded in professional services, the most significant sustainability impacts of our company relate to social responsibility.
Environmental Responsibility
- Digital solutions enable flexible ways of working:Digital tools reduce the need for travel by our consultants, clients, and candidates. We have the technological capability to conduct all interviews and meetings digitally, and we can carry out the entire psychological assessment process fully online. In most cases, our final deliverables are digital documents or conversations with the client.
- Central office locations and environmental certification: All our offices are centrally located in major cities with excellent access to public transportation. In addition, our Espoo office is located in a building with a LEED Platinum environmental certification.
- Carbon footprint certification: We have been awarded the “Carbon Footprint Calculated” certificate by the Finland Chamber of Commerce. As part of the Chamber’s climate program, designed to help Finnish SMEs begin their climate work, we calculated our company’s carbon footprint for 2023.

- A reliable and professional partner: Our consultants conducting psychological assessments are committed to following the guidelines of the Finnish Psychological Association for Assessment in Working Life. All our assessment consultants aim to complete the Association’s certification in psychological assessment. You can view our certified professionals here.
- Transparent ownership: HRS Advisors is 100% Finnish‑owned and fully owned by its employees. We pay all our taxes in Finland.
- Strong financial performance: We have received the “Finland’s Strongest” Platinum certificate from Suomen Asiakastieto Oy for the years 2013–2025. The rating reflects long‑term financial stability, positive background information, and excellent payment behaviour.
- Commitment to data protection: We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in all our processes, including the collection, processing, and storage of personal data.
