Our AI Principles

How We Use Artificial Intelligence at HRS Advisors

At HRS Advisors Ltd, we use artificial intelligence responsibly and transparently to support our professional work. For us, AI is a tool that helps structure information and supports our consultants’ thinking without compromising the quality or ethical standards of our work. We do not delegate judgment or responsibility to technology. AI is always used under human supervision, and responsibility for assessments, interpretations, and decisions always remains with our experts.

Our approach is based on the principle that AI supports professional expertise rather than directs it. We use AI in tasks where it improves efficiency and consistency while keeping human understanding, experience, and interaction at the center of our work. This enables us to combine the benefits of technology with the deep expertise of our consultants, delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.

  • People remain responsible, AI provides support: All our client work and assessment services are based on the expertise of our consultants. AI does not make independent decisions and does not replace human judgment, interaction, or experience. It helps us structure information, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of our work. Responsibility for outcomes always remains with people.
  • Secure and controlled use: We use AI in a secure and controlled environment. Client and assessment data is processed confidentially within our organization’s dedicated Microsoft 365 environment. Any content generated with AI is always reviewed by a qualified expert before use.
  • AI in psychological assessments: Psychological assessments are always conducted by psychologists trained and qualified in the use of the assessment methods. Assessment outcomes are based on a multimethod approach, in which the most important method is a personal interview conducted by a professional. We do not use automated reports generated by assessment providers. AI does not produce assessment conclusions or reports; both clients and candidates always receive verbal and written feedback prepared by a psychologist.
  • How do we use AI? We use AI for tasks such as analyzing background information, structuring complex information, summarizing discussions and materials, and supporting information search and communication. We do not use AI for decision-making, candidate comparisons, or recommendations. All materials we publish are reviewed and approved by our experts.
  • Transparency and responsibility: We openly communicate how AI is used in our work. Our approach is based on ethics, transparency, predictability, and sustainability. We follow the principles of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) and continuously develop our practices. In all our processes, we are committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the collection, processing, and storage of personal data.
  • AI as part of professional expertise: AI helps our consultants focus on what matters most: human interaction, thoughtful analysis, and decision-making related to people.
