In the field of psychology and business life, I am particularly interested in top achievements: in other words, the personal traits or organisational factors that make an individual shine. Teams are built up from individuals and they always operate as part of the business culture and the context of business operations. By contrast, leaders and managers are required to have skills of their own kind and, therefore, perceiving successful leadership is a fascinating world of its own.
My main professional competence includes psychological aptitude assessment, recruitment, and various kinds of career guidance. For me, it is important to engage in work that is interesting in terms of substance with good colleagues and both of these things are put into practice beautifully at HRS.
The corner stones of my work are customer-orientation, reliability, and pertinence. No measures should be taken merely for the joy of it, but they should rather advance the business operations of the enterprise and the well-being of the employees in a pertinent way. I believe that the role of the personnel as a business success factor in specialist- and service-oriented business life will only increase.
Outside working hours, I relax by spending time with my spouse and other loved ones. I enjoy sports both by engaging in them and watching them. On the cultural side of things, good books and films are also included in my free time activities.
