Seija Raesola

I am secretly even a bit proud of my stubbornly greying hair since it means that I have already had time to live and gain first-hand experience in the quirks of organisational life. I have worked for 25 years in various managerial roles and positions, such as manager, executive group member, managing director, executive search consultant, organisational developer, business coach, and general coach.

I have supplemented my schooling in economics with extensive studies in psychology, several coach certifications, and systemic and psycho-dynamic studies in organisational consulting.

I delve into the transient phenomena of working life with curiosity and enthusiasm and I see tremendous opportunities for better leadership and a happier working life—and through such, opportunities for efficiency and productivity.

I believe that with the right selection of key people and through development carried out in a professional manner an organisation can get both impact and performance that is in line with its strategy. Success is born of people. I work rigorously at all times; whether it is a question of recruitments or coaching, the customer deserves only the best.

In my free time, my heart has been stolen by a small dog, named Bobby. After Bobby came along, my travelling pursuits morphed into something else, but on a cycling trip both Bobby and I can enjoy the thrill of speed. I live with my husband by the River Aurajoki in the centre of Turku.

I work rigorously at all times; whether it is a question of recruitments or coaching, the customer deserves only the best.
