I have accumulated twenty years of experience in management consulting work. I have worked as the business unit lead of a consulting business and as a regional manager for Tampere, engaging actively in customer work as well. In particular, my specialisation covers business management recruitments by means of executive or public searches, the development of leadership and managerial work, and the development of executive group work. In addition to being a trained psychologist, I have psychological aptitude assessment certification and I am a qualified leadership and managerial work advisor. I am also a certified Business Coach.
In the spring of 2011, I completed my Certified Board Member (CBM) training programme as well. I think it is important for me to continue to develop myself. As the saying goes: “A rolling stone gathers no moss”.
To me, it is important for HRS to operate in a highly customer- and people-friendly way, giving the assignments thorough consideration. We also make sure that the specialists are able to cope with their work and they do engage in close cooperation with one another. A good team spirit and mutual trust is the number one priority.
I have children who are adults already. I spend my free time at a cottage situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Näsijärvi.
