I took a very circuitous route before finding my own niche. By my first profession, I was a forestry technician and that is where I also got my first experience in entrepreneurship. After completing my time in the Army, I served as an instructor at the Parachute Jaeger School in Utti, Finland for a few years. However, I finally found my own niche in a different field altogether and decided to go to university to study to become a psychologist. That is the path I am still on and for the past 20 years I have worked for consulting businesses, for instance, as competence manager, business unit lead, advisor, chief customer officer, managing director, and entrepreneur.
Whether it is executive search, public search or assessment, I have long experience in versatile recruitment processes. I have also worked a great deal in the area of outplacement, executive group coaching, and general coaching.
In my work and working community, I appreciate flexibility, innovativeness, and smooth decision making. I wish to influence things and take responsibility. I think confidentiality, honesty, and genuinely meeting people are important in both my working community and the cooperation with customers.
I spend my free time bonding with my family. At home, I have a wife and two young sons. However, I get away to play golf and engage in sports whenever possible.
